We are recruiting experienced associate lawyers to join our team and amazing culture. 5+ years of experience is required to be considered for the positions.

DUTIES

• Conducting legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis
• Analyzing and interpreting laws, regulations, and legal precedents
• Drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Representing clients in court proceedings
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
• Presenting evidence and arguments in court
• Advising clients on legal rights and obligations
• Developing case strategies and plans

SKILLS

• Strong research skills to effectively gather and analyze legal information
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficient in legal drafting to prepare accurate and comprehensive legal documents
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and other parties involved
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess legal issues
• Practice experience in family law, real estate, wills and estates, including estate litigation is an asset
• Mediation skills, family dispute resolution skills, and parenting coordination is also an asset

SALARY
$75,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
